We’re surrounded by images of people who appear successful and happy. But behind the scenes we all struggle at times.
At this special event, wellbeing campaigner Meg Zeenat Wamithi will encourage us to talk more openly about our mental health and explain how and why. She’ll share how being vulnerable can become a vital source of strength rather than a weakness.
We all face dark times and it’s ok to not be ok. In fact by sharing how you feel more openly, you can get the support you need, grow your resilience and encourage others to do the same too.
