Nominations are open for ACC Students’ Association President, Vice President of Events & Marketing and Vice President of Finance, until April 6th, 2018. These positions are paid council positions with 1 year terms starting in May, 2018. Successful candidates will earn part time or full time employment throughout the summer and 2018-2019 academic year.
Do you have strong communication skills, effective problem solving skills, a team based attitude, project planning abilities, leadership skills, and interest in committee participation? If so, you’re a great fit for an
ACCSA Executive Council Member position.
You’ll have numerous professional development opportunities, such as attending a National Student Leadership Conference, Mental Health First Aid training, Ally and Cultural Diversity training, and much more.
You’ll have opportunities to contribute to numerous college and student led initiatives, such as working on student policy, encouraging wellness initiatives, and voicing student opinions. You will develop your team building skills by leading your team of elected council members, have numerous networking opportunities within the college and the community, and it will help you gain valuable work experience.
