Art With Impact (AWI) creates a virtual space for people to connect at the intersection of art and mental health.
As part of Sexual Violence Awareness Month, AWI facilitator, Alondra Umana will lead a guided discussion panel paired with mental-health-centred short films. Together, the group will explore strength-based approaches to reframe experiences and collect sustainable ways to continue to heal and support mental health.
